How and when did you get started in BJJ? In college a friend dragged me to an MMA class where the focus was heavily on no-gi Jiu Jitsu. I fell out of touch with the sport for a few years until I moved to Boston where I joined the team at Combat Sports Boston

Please note any additional information you would like us to include on the website. Understand that we may not include everything on the site but feel free to share. FK

For me, Jiu Jitsu is about friends and community. I try to help incorporate these values into FLOW where everything we do helps us to build a stronger community.
